– The Belcorp construction team is renowned for its professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication, contributing to its reputation for excellence.
Services
We manage projects of various scales, assigning a dedicated construction team to each site for the duration of the project. This includes reliable specialist subcontractors, providing consistent high-quality service. The presence of a stable team throughout the project ensures a personalised and familiar experience for our clients from inception to completion.
Moreover, all projects are closely supervised by our skilled Project Managers, supported by our Director, Patrick Sarkis. They focus on driving the construction process while meticulously managing key aspects like quality, budget, and timelines.
Our advanced online client portal facilitates real-time tracking and reporting, offering clients a transparent and up-to-date view of the construction progress.
And our design teams maintain their active involvement throughout the construction phase. This ensures that the original design vision is seamlessly integrated into the final outcome, and any design modifications are implemented efficiently and precisely.
Our Process

We have successfully worked with investors on a number of projects. We thrive on establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our investment partners, encouraging mutual understandings and collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
Remedial &
Maintenance
Belcorp understands that the upkeep of a property is a vital component to ensuring its active life span.
We periodically conduct inspections on our construction sites to ensure that all repairs, maintenance and replacement issues are attended to before they escalate, avoiding costs and disruptions.
Our approach to remedial works is through ‘exploration.’ We don’t settle for a quick fix. We ensure that time and cost-effective strategies are put in place, delivering results that are outstanding, not standard.
Much like the pride we place in construction, we place significant importance in remedial services and upkeep, ensuring that service is never compromised on any project.
